If I could give 0 stars I would I have dropped my car off with them multiple times and they are not willing to try and get me a proper diagnosis or fix without just randomly throwing parts at it and charging me money.. if I never have to go back there again I won't. I highly recommend not going to them for anything

Didn't do everything that they were supposed to do
It was an absolute disaster. The salesperson wrote up the wrong car from the start; the price was higher when we wrote up the original car that I drove and wanted to purchase. I bought the car on Jan 8th and finally got the paperwork on March 7th. They have no follow-through. I have taken the car in three times to get door guards and still don't have them.
Love my new truck but the finance office gave me a 10,000 mile warranty and said it wouldn't change my payment or interest rate, however did not tell me it raised the price of the vehicle $2,800! I tried paying it off early and that's how I found out the fee. Very disappointed and felt a little shady!

Since I cannot write about the experience let me just say this...they are the most un-reliable place I have ever dealt with. They care about your money only. Forget about warranty work. Avoid this place...nothing is worth this frustrating.

The service department is very difficult to communicate with. The phone system is not customer friendly. After dropping vehicle off for service had a hard time getting updates on service and progress. Had to call several lines to finally get an answer. Service was completed as requested and rental car was provided.

after balance, had vibration. took to another shop, had tires balanced and now smooth ride
An agreement was made/signed prior to purchase, that Reliable Chevy would make a simple cosmetic repair. We purchased on a Friday and was told by Monday we'd be contacted by Byron to have it scheduled. We have made 2 phone calls and was given the run around. It's been 3 weeks since purchase and still nothing. If this is how customers are treated, we won't be back to purchase from this dealership again.
