Reliable Chevrolet went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They provided an updated report twice a week via text message to let me know the status of my vehicle. The shop manager was extremely nice and made the effort to contact me several times throughout the service repair. They also provided a detailed service to my vehicle which I am grateful for. I gave a 5 star rating because they performed the oil change and cabin filter change quickly. However, a cabin filter change is a relatively easy job, for which they quoted me a price of about $40. The actual cost was $57. When I pointed this out, they took $10 off. I think that once the warranty expires, I'm going to take my car to Rick's for service. I take my other car there, and I always know what the service will cost before it's started.
