Terrible service and even worse communication. Had my car in for repair, took an entire week.

The vehicle I purchased almost a week and a half ago was in my possession for a total of 2 days before I had to take it to their service center for work on the transmission. 4 days later, i was told the car would be ready for pickup that afternoon. When I went to do so, they informed me they had only just noticed the issues I had brought it in for. They offered me a rental, which no one seems to be following up on. Then the salesperson handling my case quit her job. So now here I am with no car.
I took my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation. No service lights. I get a message that my tire monitors need replaced for over $400. I decide to wait and when I drive off the tire light is on. At a second service station, I'm told that one of the monitors is missing and I only need to replace one not all 4. Total cost of the replacement under $70. I was not happy.
I thought the service time was excessive considering I had an advanced appointment. A problem was not diagnosed correctly.
I'd give it less sold me a car that was obviously not worth the price it broke down already. Will never shop here again
1 1/2 hours for a oil change. Not sure we will be back
