They didn’t have the proper sticker for oil, change, mileage, did not reset the air filter meterafter changing air filter was severely overpriced
Dead battery 6/3. New one installed. Later that day the check engine light was on. Returned 6/4 and light was turned off. Later that day the light was on again. 6/5 I was told to leave it there for three weeks. Is a loaner available. Nope. Left to figure out what to do. 6/6 I asked if they would check the connections. After 1 week & 4hrs @ appt. I'm informed that they don't have the parts.
Dropped my vehicle off with a few issues. Never was told exactly what was wrong. When to expect the repairs Left messages with secretaries. Finally got someone on the phone after 3 weeks. They said it would be done that day. Go figure!?
They took 4 hrs to reprogramming the computer of my camaro, it takes 45 minutes, you shouldn't schedule more than what you can handle, why scheduling an appointment if you are gonna service my car 4 hrs later,is not the first time you do it, for an oil change it took 4 hours, it seems like my car is not your priority
I have brought my vehicle in twice to have an emission system issue addressed. The issue was never fixed. They did other things to it, including flushing the coolant, brakes, transmission fluid, replacing cabin and engine filters, rotating the tires and correcting a recall issue.
With an appointment the wait time was 3. 5 hours for a recall/inspection. My vehicles paint was also chipped while in their service care, measuring about a centimeter and has not been resolved or concerned about.
It took them well over two hours to do the 1st service. I was told it would only take an hour. I also had oil on my driveway afterwards because they didn't clean up after the oil change.
