I was charged for service included on my maintenance package that was not charged on previous service. I need refund
Bought a new 2022 Chevy, check engine light is on. Took it in for service. The service center had my truck for a month and a half and the check engine light is still on.
Bad communication. I left several messages trying to get a hold of my advisor, but would rarely receive a call back. Even if the advisor said they would call me back on a certain day, they usually didn't.
Vehicle was in for over 2 months and never touch it called and would be another 3 to 4 weeks took car else where
This is the worst car lot in alb. Stay away from this place unless you want to buy a car that has tons of problems! We bought a 23 jeep grand cheroke 4xe not even a month later the check engine light came on. I called to speak to Mike marsh because he is who we dealt with when we bought the car and I needed to get information on them getting me a loaner or rental. Worthless as the day I bought the truck here. No responsibility for mistakes and failures. Dishonest and incompetent sales staff. No help at all, people don’t listen to the customer and as I can see no customer service training. In a hurry to rush you out. They don’t make you feel welcome. I hate it there and would never step foot there at Reliable again. Worst experience of all time. Top tier scammers. Never unexpected never serviced never properly detailed. Literal days just to be bullied by the owner and scammed by the sharks. Never come here on less you want to be conned. xxxx you. Why was my deal unwinded yep because you were wrong.
