They had our truck for 5 months waiting on a part. I know this was out of their control, but during this time there was no communication. When we got the truck back ot was filthy. There was used kleenex on the floor, oil on the doors, shocks missing in the glove box, and now one of my vents won't stay open. There was also a flim on my windows that I still can't get off. Worst experience we have ever been through.

I purchased a car beginning of yr had a great experience. Took for a oil change recently service dept needs approvement. Oil change took 3 and half hrs never received phone call it was ready lack of communication. Also, I had a email with the scheduled appointment for oil change and tire rotation was told their was a new employee that messed up that the rotation was not gonna be included in my visit.

Worst dealer experience I’ve ever had. Had my car for 2 1/2 months and all they had to do was clear and engine code. The convertible top was brand new and now all the seals are hanging from it and it will have to be replaced. Horrible communication. Completely mismanaged. Train wreck of a dealership.

I went in with a preapproval for a car that they said was not available but they could show me others. I found out towards the end of the process that the dealership next door “reliable Nissan” was the one I was preapproved with and instead of saying that the sales team here started the process from scratch. I would have liked them to be honest.

Took foooorever to complete a simple oil change and recall as well as left bolts out in my cup holders. I dropped off at 945 and literally didn't finish with it until 1:00. I had to keep asking as no one spoke to me.

Horrible service, unorganized, unprofessional, awful service. The body shop staff needs additional training from the techs to the office staff. Very disrespectful do no recommend
Literally the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. Took TWO MONTHS to fix my car. Constant no call backs or even us calling to be told “we don’t have that car here” wouldn’t bring anything to this store or buy anything from them ever if my life depended on it.
