Too much pressure to go with their recommended credit union. Listen to your customers' preference.

UN-Reliable service with mistakes made with scheduling etc. Waste of 6 hours. We should've gone elsewhere

Service Tech failed to check on availability of parts. Wasted trip to ABQ drive 3 hours.

They have had my car for over a month and still do not have estimated completion timeline. They have been very uncommunicative. I have had to call multiple time to get any update. I’ve been promised return calls with updates by certain dates and never received those. I end up calling a day or two past that. I have received several different stories about what’s going on and if it is or isn’t covered by warranty. People should be cross trained to assist when a co-worker (advisor) is out. I can give Kudos to Ryan an advisor that did take the time to provide me with an update.

Sabotaged my car when I declined the recommended $800 service. They Unclipped wiring harness to fuel module which caused the car to completely shut off. Ruined both the fuel pump and module. Paid $2600 to get those replaced then mysteriously the AC goes out. They offered to assess the AC problem then give me a discount to repair it. Refused their offer and drove home. Discovered that the AC relay switch was missing, removed by their honest mechanic. Bought a $20 relay switch, installed it, and AC works great. They were going... read more

Very bad service. They do not test the cars after working on them. And have had my car for over 5 months.

I like the dealership but the constant requests and reminders for me to leave a review at every interaction are becoming quite annoying. I have a five star experience with everyone at the dealership but I will remove one star for every time I’m pestered to leave a review.
