The original person who took me in, Angel, passed me off to Aaron, who had no clue til later. Aaron was very nice and honest with me. I do appreciate people like Aaron. I don't think that was very professional of Angel at all. I did speak to Angel on the phone regarding a different matter previously and he was very rude and straight out told me "I can not help you". I called and left a message for Mr. Don Pohling so i could speak to him about this matter and I am still waiting. So far overall experience, not so great.
Thank God for a young man named Ryan! !! He turned around a very nasty situation

Leading up to my experiance the first person i encountered was not trained to help me, ii left a message foe the service manager who did not call me back, the first time i called the dealership service department again and was connected to a service technician named Ryan who absolutely is 100 percent. I am never able to speak with my advisor and he never calls me back.
Dealership service was poor waited over 4 hours to get my vehicle and was skipped waiting in finance several times. I would not get my next vehicle here. The sales man forgot to provide me with my temporary license and i drove off the lot with out a temporary tag .

Took over a month to fix my car, didn’t do an oil change like they said it “needed”. Was probably the most frustrating experience ever, but they did what they could to help.

Well had a scheduled appt at 9am for a oil change and didn't get my truck till 1pm it took you guys 4 hrs for a oil change no phone call letting me know my truck was ready for pick I had to call to check and on top of that after talking with Marcos my truck was ready and then get there to wait another 20 mins because he didn't know why my truck wasn't ready I mean come on its a oil change it wasn't busy there and the whole situation was frustrating. An oil change and a tire rotation takes a lot longer than expected even when you have an early appointment .

Received a coupon from them to only save $9. 00 lol 😂 isn’t not worth it at all. I would definitely not recommend the coupon or their service. They take forever checking out too.
