Had my vehicle for over 3 months with horrible communication and follow through. They didnt provide a rental for the first 13 weeks and made me seek reimbursement.

To be fair, we have purchased two cars from his dealership and gone in for service a few times over the course of about 12 years. Every time it's just a little bit worse than the time previous. About 2 weeks ago I had a small leak coming out of my Camaro. I took it down to you guys and all I wanted was an answer of where this leak was coming from. I don’t mind doing reviews but when I’m given a survey at it seems like a high school homework assignment it tends to be very annoying so stick with the star rating and you do your own homework by asking the star rated questions you want to be rated on. Thank you
Took my vehicle in for an oil change. They knew I was waiting at the dealership for it. I was told it would be complete at a certain time. Went to check about 15 minutes after that time had passed. The work hadn’t been started yet! Told them I needed it done today but would not be waiting at the dealership now and went to run errands with husband. Came In for an issue regarding a che k engine light (P0172) running rich on bank 1. They charged me $800 dollars for an entire fuel system cleaning. The next day car is still having the same issue and problem was not resolved.

Everyone was nice and friendly and professional. The dealership was great but GM needs to work on their Quality assurance program . The rear bumper is installed crooked and a button on the dash is sticking, also the tailgate doesn’t work properly.

Long wait time for simple tire replacement. Took 3 days total. Car ended up being taken to discount tire for replacement through the dealership

Although I have no issues with the new Service Advisors and no issues on this current visit other than the wait time. I am still upset over not being reimbursed for an $800 rental I had to get due to the Service Advisor at the time being COMPLETELY incompetent. Don Poling , (Service Director) promised me I would be reimbursed since he was new and was not in the system to request the rental from Entwrprise.
