I purchased a truck there, sales side took care of me. Finance manager name Chris was rude lied to me, and I caught him on his own lie. They offer to balance my tires never did. The service manager promise to call me back it has been 4 months since I purchased my truck Haven't heard from him. I ended up paying out of pocket for a tire balance. Don't waste your time, this place is not trustworthy at all, terrible experience. Don't waste your time going here. A 45k purchase and they didn't have the courtesy to even call back.
Don't waste your time as I did with Reliable Chevrolet. Ron Youngrin (sales manager) will try to force a high priced vehicle on you and if you don't buy his deal he'll throw a temper tantrum and shew you out of the dealership. Very POOR customer service!!!
This place should be called "UNRELIABLE" the sales people give up on you once you sign you paper work & the people in service are rude, dont return your call or put you on hold. They say they can shuttle you to the mall but when you ask they say they can't or too busy. Who can snack on junk food all day.. Only been to this dealer for Services, which I would HIGHLY not recommend !! Long Story short, I took my 2012 Malibu to them for a issue I was having where it would stall out with a "Engine Power Reduced, Service Traction System" message, The first thing they said, it was a exhaust valve that was causing it, so I had them fix that. Our recent used vehicle purchase at Reliable Chevrolet was frustrating to say the least. We saw that Reliable had multiple of the vehicle we were looking into, which are not in abundant source in town. The salesperson we worked with knew little about the vehicles beyond the year, mileage, and color of the vehicle. Every question we had about the vehicle was responded with an, "I'm not sure" or a, "I'll have to ask my manager." Reliable Chevrolet if I could give you a 1/4 if a star I would! Not only did I have to be the one to call in for updates on my vehicle, but then they shuttled me back to pick up a loner vehicle only to be told OOPS WE DON'T HAVE ANY AVAILABLE!!!! SERIOUSLY IF YOU SAY YOU HAVE ONE AND YOU BRING ME IN TO PICK IT UP IT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE!!!! I will never buy from you and if it wasn't for my warranty I would never come to you for repairs either!!!!!
Fooled again. What a hassle! Just trying to get basic information form them is so difficult, even the simplest of questions are a problem for them to answer. Purchased a vehicle 3-years ago from Reliable. Satisfied. Went back this past week and this time it was horrible. Salesperson lied, account manager was a jerk, and they wasted my time. They call you over and over when they know you are looking for a car. Then you go and their lots and all the cars they advertise on the internet are gone. I stopped by Reliable Chevrolet at 9901 Coors road in Albuquerque for an oil change and I am here to tell you all that I will never go by there again . What happened is I asked the service rep what came with an oil change and they told me they would check all fluids and I asked them if they checked the blue def and they told me No , but they put 2.5 gallons in my truck anyway and charged me $ 27.80 - this isn't right (Real bad service )
