I had an absolutely TERRIBLE, inexcusable experience this Friday. This was the worst service experience I've ever had and the worst day I've had in a long time. PLEASE READ THIS EVERYONE!!!!!!! This will be kind of long, but I feel you should know. I will admit right off the bat how dumb I can be. This is my third and last run in with these guys. I bought my Chevy cobalt from them and had issues right away in the finance dept. I was younger, about 22 when I bought it. These guys are vultures. They would hardly even let me drive around the lot to see if they had what I wanted, which they didn't. They kept trying to get me to stop so they could throw a sales pitch at me. I refused to roll down my window after the first guy.

Got the run around on an Autotrader confirmed price in which they said they would not honor..although Autotrader says that they back the dealer. Didnt sound like anyone understood exactly what was going on. Wont try again.

I so badly wish I could give Unreliable Chevrolet zero stars! The fiasco started a few years ago when my girlfriend and I came in to purchase a truck. We wanted the black Dodge and was told it was still available when I called before coming in and they would hold it for me. However, when I arrived at Unreliable Chevrolet, I was told that someone had put a down payment on it before I could arrive. Worst car buying experience ever. I told them what I wanted and they would literally call me every other day for weeks with bullsh-- cars that I was not even close to being interested in. They have a call center where they get $50 for every "appointment" they set up. I would not recommend. Very very pushy for crappy deals

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND!! I bought many cars there some times 2 at a time. they practice bait and switch. I taken cars to get warranty work done when I get them back they are worst than when I brought them in. they cant figure out issues so the pawn them off on other repair shops.

this yelp is directed towards the horrible worthless service department. Absolutely the worst customer service in the car business. Pushy ass salesmen with an agenda that had nothing to do with the customer. We made an offer on a vehicle that was reasonable and they took 45 minutes just to come back and tell us they can only come down 1k. BS !!! Anyways take your business to Mayse in Aurora. You will not be disappointed, disrespected or pushed into a vehicle you don't want or can't afford.
