I was promised a call by noon. I called at approx 1 to find out why and what vehicle prob was. I was told it needed freon and it would cost an addl amount, which I authorized when I dropped off the vehicle. Promised a call back by 1:50 when Nick was leaving. After 4pm when I called back, I was hung up on twice after being transferred to Nick, sent to voicemail and sent to Jose?. My boyfriend has been in and back out to the car now 5 times because the worker has yet to cut a key for our vehicle correctly. On top of that a salesman who is supposed to be "professional" either didn't notice me, or didn't care while he proceeded to sit on our car while smoking a cigarette, then flicking it in the lot with no regard to littering. I will NEVER return to this establishment and suggest you don't either.

To confirm my complaint just read some of the other upset customers who only left a one star (POOR RATING) like Tim S. my complaint is exactly the same. I have a set scheduled appointment for something easy like an oil change or to have one hose replaced and end up sitting in the waiting area for at least 3 hours as I see other customers who arrived an hour after I did have their name called and leave happy only after waiting for 35 minutes. It took a very long time to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Having an appointment need not make the experience any faster. Overall, dissatisfied with the service because of he length of time it took. Jose was the saving grace to my experience, it was extremely friendly and tried to make my experience somewhat enjoyable.

I was disappointed in the tire price matching guarantee. There was an easy solution, but whoever is the manager of the service department is making it difficult and a poor experience. I had just purchased 4 new tires from reliable a few months ago, which you did a price match, easy. I went hunting last weekend and one of the new tires popped, so I needed a replacement, it wasn't a good experience. It felt like I was putting gen out to get a price match. I mistakenly thought I was going to get a free oil change. Turns out that service ended after so many miles. I take the blame for not understanding that. However, I did discuss the situation with the tech and he told me, yes, the oil change would be free. When I came back to get the car I had to pay. It should have been made clear to me that I was going to be paying for the oil change before I received it. I might have made a decision to seek out a cheaper service option. If you're needing Service done be hesitant. This was a VERY poor experience. Kyle Goodman, who stated he was the service manager, was a poor representation of Reliable. Was never given an inspection report, still after talking w/ Kyle and confirming my email he would send one never did. No empathy or urgency to address my issues/concerns. He only called me back after he thought it was good feedback I wanted to express, he stated thats why he called me after I left an email on the website. Had reservations about this dealership. Should have listened. Talked to them 3 times about a truck on their website. Took off work, pulled my grandson out of school and drove to Springfield in the pouring down rain. Got there, truck was on loan. Then they tell me Oh and by the way it's been wreaked but it's fixed now. Seriously - you couldn't have told me that over the phone? Long story short left there and went to Mayes in Aurora. Bought a beautiful Red 2 door Chevy with no issues.

I took my 2013 Equinox in for service on Wednesday, August 3, 2016. I asked for the service recommended in the owner's manual (oil, filter, tire rotation, check fluids and belts). The service technician tried to up sell me additional non-required parts, and they left a parting gift under the hood. I get heartburn every time I have to bring my car to their service department.
