Not sure what I can add to what has already been written. I should have read the reviews before taking my vehicle to Reliable. Took my Chevrolet in for 15K service. I was told when I purchased the vehicle that my first two services would be free. My first one (at a different dealership) was free. This one was not. I was told that the oil & filter change and rotation WERE deducted from the total ($35 deduction) and the remaining balance was $205. I'm from out of town visiting my daughter. She tells me the blower isn't working in Malibu . So I look up the local Chevrolet dealership and set an appointment. I always will recommend a dealership for repairs vs an in dependent because I to am a service advisor at a GMC dealership for over 35 years. This review is specific to the service department. I had a person from the service department call me to schedule a fix on a recall on a Spark. I said I needed to review schedules with my wife and would call back. When I called back, I asked for the person I originally talked to but the person that answered said she could help me. I said I would need a loner car when I drop off the car in the morning before work. I had a horrible time with the service director Kyle Goodman. He was rude to me on the phone. He told me that I should have bought a car from a different dealership! The problem with my car is still not fixed, shuddering and shifting hard.
Bought a car and they put my dads name on the title. Took them almost a month to get it to me and they didn't inspect it for me! Horrible customer service!
So I wasn't going to complain, but today I hit my limit! Within this month I have had to go to Reliable Chevrolet on Campbell Ave in Springfield, MO twice---yes, I said HAD to. First, I was driving my parents' Chev. Suburban and had a blowout. I was lucky because it just happened to happen right in front of Reliable Chevrolet, so I pulled in. Was helping my 19 yr old son get started on credit "co-signing" gave them the ok to run my report (only). My son told them he was looking around and needed below a certain dollar on a used auto. the next thing I hear is Dad what do you think of my truck, what went from a certain amount to an up-sale to a 23K auto. i had no clue at the time what was taking place. On July 22nd 2017 ..I drove from the Rosewood Heights IL to THE BIG TOP RELIABLE CHEVROLET in Springfield MO to purchase a Used Black 2017 Camaro Convertible RS with very low miles(4400). Prior to coming, I spoke with my salesman Aaron...we agreed on their price and I informed him exactly when I would be there. I specifically said "to have the car clean, perfect and ready to go" as I told him I would be arriving with a check in my hand. Well the experience was good at first....then I tried calling and couldn't get even my sales person to return a call. I still went ahead and got the car.....but I have had it in the shop 2x already. Oh I have owned it for 3 weeks. When I drove off the lot the gas light came on....barely made it to a gas station.
