I purchased a truck from reliable Nissan and put $20,000 down. The sales price was $58,000. I trusted the process and was told that I would be given a copy of the sales contract via email. After fees and warranty, the final sales price was $63,755. I questioned the price due to my large down payment, and when I returned to the dealership to request a hard copy of my contract, they could not locate it, and the sales rep no longer worked there. All they care about is squeezing every last cent out of you, Noah called me about trading in my vehicle for a good deal then doubled my monthly payment , when I told him it leaves me no room to live or support my children, he cracked a joke and it was inappropriate, complete waste of my time, thinking he was actually going to assist with my needs when he first called. Car had problems Nad customer service after I bought vehicle Bad customer service from Bryce after I bought my vehicle which had problems before I bought it and never fixed

Very expensive and had to add coolant when I got home because nothing was showing in reservoir. Tire pressure was adjusted to 37.5psi, correct pressure is 32, had to adjust. Paid 159.00 dollars for a technician to tell me my steering control buttons were bad, I already knew that. That was why I bought the car in to get them replaced as I stated in the online appointment form. The price for replacement is not worth it.

They were rude misleading. I put $20,000 down on my truck. It didn’t even go towards the truck. I don’t know where it went. Yeah thumbs down they suck. They screwed me

Over 2 hours for just an oil change and tire rotation when I was told an hour. I had a horrible service experience a few years ago and decided to try again because of the coupon I had. I had to come ask about the status of my vehicle. I can tell ya’ll are trying but it seems to be the same old. This is why I choose to have most of my maintenance work done elsewhere!

It was really disheartening that there is a known issue with my radio, and Nissan won't do anything about it. It's not the dealerships fault but to charge me 2600 for a radio is very upsetting when there's a known issue.
