FAILED TO HONOR SET APPOINTMENT FOR 1ST OIL CHANGE. APPOINTMENT WAS MADE OVER A WEEK IM ADVANCE....

From the beginning it was horrible communication, horrible Follow up, lack of clarity about the whole process. I kept getting stuck between Nissan NA and the dealership and I know this repair fell under “Goodwill” but it doesn’t mean I have to get treated like a second rate customer asking for a handout or I should be treated less than because Nissan made a crappy transmission. David is a good guy. But, the dealership sold me a brand new 2025 Nissan Versa with 2 bad back tires. From day 1 I had to fill the left rear tire every morning. Right tire did the same thing but they found a nail towards the end of the tread and say it's unfixable. The sales people said they would take care of me, but I was told I the tire cost was 168. Got diagnosed that transfer case was bad. Paid $6300 to replace and still making same noise. Then they wanted me to pay again to redo diagnostic took to another mechanic and they said it's the transfer case that you just replaced!

I went with the intention to see vehicles and compare prices , but I fhinish buying one just for the pressure that the dealer made on me. I was not 100% sure, but they pressured so much.

Even with an appointment I waited well over 3 hours for a simple brake job. I was charged $495 for rear brakes. That's highway robbery!
