They installed different tires than quoted without informing me suggesting this happens often so I will never use Reliable Nissan again

Yo-yo financing. Had me travel back and forth multiple times ( I live about 100 miles from location). Due to clerical error on their end I was later denied on the vehicle I wanted. Vehicle I ended up purchasing has issues such as lumbar bottom not working and automatic interior light’s not working when you open the door even when you activate it with the button. I spent $2,800 two months ago. New spark plugs, serpentine belt, oil change, front and back brake jobs. I had a check engine light on when I brought it in, no check engine light when I picked it up. Check engine light came back on 2 weeks ago and the car didn’t pass a state emissions test. I brought it back to your shop and was told I needed an engine. I've taken my car here to get fixed multiple times & if I could give them 0 stars I would. Two weeks ago I got my car towed because my engine was smoking and my air conditioning wasn't blowing out cold air. I called them to let them know what was happening and they kept interrupting me when I was trying to what's going on with my car. They were just saying yeah yeah no worries we'll get it fixed. $1700 later they replaced the belt, belt pulley, alternator and battery which they claimed that those were all the reasons why my ... read more

They never tell the whole story. Drive thirty five miles, no part. Do it again, the 2 hour job takes all day. It’s always something unexpected.

I was ignored when I got out of my car in the service bay. Some guy was too busy on his computer to help me. After a good 7 minutes he didn’t look at me but said “if you want help you should go in there” clearly he was above customer service. Then yet another non customer service man ignored me some more. . Finally after 10 minutes of nothing the service manger happened to be walking by and had ti help me. He was cool but so swamped himself, it was hard for him to efficient.

Extremely unorganized charged me for unnecessary maintenance, i instructed them to do what was under warranty and they did the complete opposite and I was stuck with a diagnostic fee of $191
Reliable Nissan is far from reliable. No one in this company is willing to help you out. They’re all just willing to make a sale go to another Nissan dealership. These people need to be shut down no communication no help at all. Leave you without a vehicle for a month no rentals no communication like I said worst place I’ve ever dealt with

We still show a tire service notification that was not dealt with. We live quite a ways out from the dealer and thought this would have been addressed with the oil service
