"Not a good impression." I had very high hopes with this dealership given their ratings on Google. They proved me wrong. Two weeks ago I and my wife visited the dealership to look at a brand new 2018 Nissan Frontier PRO-4X. "Customer Advocate" For over 18 months I was unhappy about the decision I made to purchase a vehicle from Reliable Nissan. Recently, I met Service Manager, Todd, and I was given a glimmer of hope after having my concerns ignored by Reliable Nissan and corporate Nissan. "Work with Lorenzo " We got a used Jeep and loved working with Lorenzo. He was straightforward with us and made our overall experience easy. Paperwork and processing took longer than it probably should but our overall experience at the dealership was good.

"Salesman great" Salesman was really attentive and helpful his name is Enrique. Ask for him when you go in. Also, sales manager and service manager took care of our concerns regarding the contract.

"Susan Miller is the only one to work with the "the reliable " I have bought with Susan Miller for over six years and followed her from the other Nissan dealership to Reliable Nissan. She sold me a corvette. Her customer service is far better than anyone I have ever dealt with. I will follow Susan Miller anywhere she goes to. No one else has ever treated me like family.
