Really enjoyed working with Kim Gutierrez. I did however have an amount to work with and explained this. Your service at auto service it the worse have work and this will be the last time I buy a car with you and will make sure friend and family know you don't care about your customers you just want us to buy a car.
When I got to the dealership, I waited for someone to come to my car, no one did. So I got out and stood by my car (on my crutches). The technician got snarky with me when I didn't answer his question properly, I asked if they could possibly wash my car after my service (which they used to do regularly). I got told they didn't HAVE a car wash. To which, I replied, "What? Did it disappear?" Then I was told rather rudely that they "don't wash cars anymore!" Terrible management terrible service bad skills In customer skills, bought a car and it stopped running with 2 months, excuse of battery issues then they tried to stick it to me for $600. For replacement, then tried to charge me $160. For diagnostic nothing but a rip off.
Reliable Nissan. ..more like Unreliable Nissan. Drove my car in for service on 7/22 and got it back 8/8 and it wouldn't start. Never received any communication and had to beg over text for updates and finally got a hold of the service manager. Believe it or not he was just as bad as the service guy. They are terrible at communication all around and don't give straight answers for prices and service being provided. This dealership service department and dealership are untrustworthy.They charged me for a service that they did not provide. I notified them three times and nobody has yet to get back to me
We purchased all our vehicles from Nissan Reliable over the years and never had any issues or complaints with the Sales team, they always made us feel welcomed and respected. Not to mention, went the extra mile for us. Unfortunately I cannot say the same with the Service team. This will be the last time I service my vehicle here.
