Had to go back to services. oil was leaking. Was not sealed correctly. Could have blew up engine

Deceitful and theatrical. When I got my trade in back a cover was missing. Do not go here for a vehicle.
I went in for an oil change and none of the fluids got topped off. I understand that it was complimentary but what if I would have paid over a $100 for an oil change. It is irritating that you take your vehicle in for a service and it they do you a disservice. Makes you wonder how many other people this happens too. Ridiculously high prices. $5000 to fix an actuator in door and ac line. $200 to do a diagnostic when i already advised what we were needing fixed from a previous visit and same dealership. Sent over quote which only had one issue on it and I had to call asking about repairing the issue we had requested. Parts on nissan website were $600 combined. So I guess labor was $4400!!! I will never do business with any reliable company. MELLOY WAS WAY LESS!!!
Always get a up sale of several things wrong with my car and numerous phone calls of wanting to buy my Altima
I picked up my vehicle after the service and found greasy handprints on the front fender, I was happy because the last time it was in for a recall the greasy prints were on the inside of the front window.
Seems like the extended warranty is very expensive for what it’s good for but did t cover the issue of our lock switch falling into the door.
Quick to sell cars but not to fix issues for buyer. Not organized and slow to respond or solve problems. Have no initiative to help buyers once car has been sold. Sales has poor connection to service department.
I purchased a 2017 armada I told them I only had a certain amount to put down. They talked me into putting down more and paying extra for gap insurance and also an extended warranty… and exactly one week before I had to pay my car note the water hose went out on the vehicle.
