Terrible experience. Had an appointment for a simple oil change and had to get out of my vehicle and wait over 20 min to be checked in. Then the guy who took my keys said he would get my car in right away but it took them another half hour to take my car back. Once it was ready and I went to pay, the work order had extra stuff on it ("engine booster" and other misc items) that I did not ask for and was not informed about at the beginning. Before you even get to the service center you will have to beat off at least two sales people who are going to stick their hands in your car window. When you get to the service center the people there are very polite. You may have to bring your car back multiple times for them to fix the vehicle. My car is back for the third time because they did not appropriately attach the plastic skirt on the bottom and it rattled obnoxiously. Service was terrible. You don’t have a car wash that has been working. That hasn’t been working for two years. The service manager was very responsive. However, management has failed to meet expectations does not return my calls.

My Pathfinder was serviced and it took nearly 2 weeks when I was given a time frame of 2 days!. Then when I received my vehicle back it had a cracked windshield which they claim they did not do. My visibility is poor and they will not replace it.
The managers were extra pushy to buy a car, even when we denied them more than 10 times she kept coming back and trying to get us into something even if we didn’t want it because we’re supposed to be trying to help our credit and said we can’t buy a house without getting this car She was extremely rude and pushy and rude to her employees.
