Took my car in for a diagnostic with an appointment at 10am and they told me they would have to take it to hyundai even though I bought the car there. I left my car there and waited for a call that I never got so I decided to call around 4:30 pm and they said it was still at hyundai and would let me know. The staff were all smiles, nice, kind. My experience hasn't left me happy at all, so for my own personal reasons (to much to say to put in text form, not a happy customer. I should never had done any trade ins)!!!

To much to text, I am not happy with a lot of things. Yes they were nice, all smiles but I'm angry and annoyed cause I feel I was tricked, lied to, and sort of trapped/forced (I don't want to text my thoughts)

It was nice at drop off. I asked if they could do the oil change faster then 1 and half hours. I couldn't go anywhere. They offered uber to go across to mall. So I did. I ordered food because of how long the wait was to be. They called within 30 minutes. I told them I would eat and he said just call when I was ready. So I did in 15 minutes and no answer. I kept trying to get ahold of one person they said l had to speak to. I sat at the mall for hour. I finally called my husband minutes away to come get me. This started at 12... read more

There was poor communication. First we were not told the problem until we called, then we were not informed that the part did not arrive, so when we called to see if the car was finished then we were informed that the work had not even begun.

These people are liars they are not reliable at all! I've been there twice trying to get a car and they always try to tell me that they can't help me unless I have thousands down I even seen signs that say bad credit no credit no problem and then they'll still tell me that my credit is not good enough for them to help me so you guys are reliable Liars

The only problems I have is with customer service customer service is always right the customer is always wrong I have took my car there multiple times they broke my door on the passenger side it wouldn't open or closed the passenger window won't roll down all the way the drivers door rattles when you turn up the music there are scratches on the car that I've been there since I purchased it and this is a new vehicle it wasn't pre-owned they spilled oil all over my engine and didn't clean it I take my car in nice and clean fr... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I used the Nissanusa.com website to build my "dream car". This is likely the last brand new car we'll buy because I work from home & hubby just retired. We don't drive a lot any longer. Because of this I wanted exactly what we wanted because we've always compromised in the past - either on color, features, or something.
