Our salesman, Abdul, was very helpful and informative. The dealership was very loud and noisy. The music was too high, creating an unpleasant environment.
Dangerous work performed on my car twice one the brake caliper was left. Loose came off could’ve killed the family second they failed to find an issue where I hit a hitch that was on the road. They said they had fixed the problem. They never even found the problem sent my wife for the car put her in grave danger again
Business response:
We take your concerns regarding the brake caliper and the unresolved issue from the hitch impact very seriously. It is unacceptable that these problems were not properly addressed and that this put your wife’s safety at risk. Please reach out directly to our Service Director, Manny Garcia, at Mgarcia01@vtaig.com.
I have had nothing but issues with this whole process the salesman was not very good

Ameyea and Daniel are very nice nothing to do with them it's my crappy truck that can't get serviced that I purchased the full package was told from Sammy my truck could not get sevied till paperwork is complete!! 🫤
Business response:
We completely understand how frustrating it must be to deal with lingering odors, squeaking brakes, and unexpected noises. To get your truck properly serviced, we encourage you to reach out directly to Manny Garcia, our Service Director, at Mgarcia01@vtaig.com
Over promise, under deliver. Lack of follow up. No reliable information, accountability. Failed to properly & completely detail new car inside & out before delivery … left dirt, stains & markings on seats, scratches & scuffing inside all doors. Failed to include all necessary accessories. Chip dent on one key fob. Spent a lot of money on new car, dealership fell short with experience.
Business response:
It’s clear from your comments that our team did not deliver the level of attention, care, and follow-through that you deserved when purchasing your new vehicle. We are particularly concerned about the issues you highlighted regarding the condition of your vehicle at delivery, including dirt, stains, scratches, and missing accessories, as well as the chip on your key fob. This is certainly not reflective of the experience we want our customers to have, and we understand how disappointing this must have been, especially after ... read more
Not sure about the dealership as a whole but the service department, “under new management”, was the worst experience I have had with this dealership. There was zero communication regarding price of parts, timeframe, updates and keeping my vehicle without permission for 3 days. I called repeatedly and left messages with other service advisors who said that Nick, my service advisor, would call me. He never did. The sad part and most disappointing is that my service advisor was one of the “new management” named Nicholas Anaya ... read more
Business response:
It is completely understandable to be upset when communication breaks down, and when your vehicle was held longer than expected without your consent. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, especially under our “new management” initiative. If you are willing, I would like to personally assist in resolving this matter and restoring your trust in our service team. You may contact our Service Director, Manny Garcia, directly at Mgarcia01@vtaig.com.

We’d appreciate the chance to learn more about your experience and ensure we improve for the future. Please reach out directly to Dominic Salazar, our General Manager, at customerrelations@reliablenissan.com
We have had nothing but bad experiences with you guys. The last time we dropped of my car, we communicated everything we wanted done and also explained that we would be out of the country for 5 days so we wanted to make sure everything was done while we were on vacation so the car would be ready while we were gone. We told the service provider everything we wanted done, we explained clearly what was going on with the car and asked that a diagnostic be performed and that they check the driver side window. We also told the ser... read more
