It took 4 hours that was a long time, and then I got home and they still haven't.The notice is off of my car so it's still popping up that it needs maintenance.I live out of town
I worked for a dealership for many years I took my car in for the noise it was making they put a part on saying that's what it was but it still made the noise they couldn't figure it out but still charge me for the parts that didn't fix the problem over $700 later one other thing any car that came into the dealership that I worked at we always washed it I thought that they would at least run it through the car wash I guess things have changed LOL

Lack of transparency on the condition of the car. They were unable to put together paperwork with the right information for purchase. They have not returned initial payment after cancelling the sale. (Car was never shipped as sale was cancelled)
I had a Nissan OEM charging pad installed in my newly purchased 2023 Nissan Froniter. After two failed attempts to install it, I received my money back for the part but was stuck with a $320 install bill. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Lodged a complaint with Nissan Motor Corp and they indicated it is the dealership to resolve. Can’t even get a phone call back from the dealership GM. Won’t be buying another vehicle from ( Un) Reliable Nissan.
The sales people bullied me with over 46 phone calls after I told them I had bought a vehicle from another dealer and did not want their unsafe junker. These people are harassing rude bullying idiots acting like garbage telemarketers. Watch out for Cedric and foul mouth Matthew. Even though they know they are wrong, they personally attack through phone calls and messaging filling up my phone and message systems. Do not ever call this Reliable Nissan dealership. You are warned.
Dealership drove car down to us and this is how we received it. Pictures were sent to the dealership from the salesrep. I would like to know how this happened. We are over 4 hours away and they want us to leave the car there, only problem is: How do we get back home if we drive it up there? how do we get to work? etc.... I'm not sure how you have a 4. 6 rating with the horrible customer service your service department has. This seems to be the norm for your service department. If I could have given you zero stars I would have. I have never been treated like your service department treated me and my brother this evening. They refuse to get an oil change even tough Ediana promessed me even though I said My Rogue was sold but I bought another at Honda, she said you will get it anyway but the guy at service, that moron refused to talk to Ediana.
