As i wrote previously, i will never be back. Your service advisor told me " if you dont like it here, you should take your car to Melloy." That is exactly what I will do.
They take forever on servicing your vehicle especially when you have an appointment and only for oil change and having Zak-Tek coating on. They don't even wash your vehicle properly.
I got a call from Braxton says he’s the sales manager for Nissan asking me to come in to sell 2021 GMC Denali and that they would give me top dollar for my vehicle because they were in desperate need of used Vehicle. Tires were rotated, brought it back 4 days later because of LOUD road noise. Showed me balded areas on my tires that were NOT pointed out to me when I had them rotated.
I called to confirm a car shown online was there, was told it was, when i got there it wasn't there. They showed us another car. We went through the process and signed everything. The car needed to be tinted and detailed. They called us 4 days later to tell us it was ready. When we were waiting for our salesperson, they ran our credit an additional 9times for a total of 10 hits, before they even told us anything. Poor communication and did not fix the issue. My vehicle was there two days and I was the one who had to call to find out what was going on with it.
Service department is the worse I ever encountered! Used to be great - not anymore. Will not recommend to prospective Nissan buyers.
Over a hour for a simple oil change, no wash cause they say it’s broke for over 3 years, and I know they washed it when I bought it 6mo ago.. asked for a vacuum that was half done, and to remove the plastic from the “dealer prep” that was not done 6mo ago.. so basically Reliable Nissan sucks…./!!!!!!

Every time I take my vehicle into the shop they tell me nothing is wrong with my vehicle or cannot duplicate the problem and they have my vehicle all day but when we leave the problem is still there.
