RecommendedI can’t say enough good things about Reliable Subaru’s maintenance department. Desiree Eubanks is a rock star. We bought a used vehicle that had an engine issue. We brought the car in to have it checked out. Not only did our car get repaired but the technician found another problem that we had not yet discovered. Now that problem is being resolved too. RecommendedPurchased a new Crosstrek a week ago. A few days after getting it home I noticed some damage that appeared to be unrelated to any mishap after assuming possession. Expecting the usual run around and blame game I contacted my salesperson Debie Pickett who got me in touch with Dwain the manager. I took it in, they looked at it, and are taking care of it no questions asked. Customer service like that is a rarity these days.
