I truly regret purchasing a bed **************** through them. The only reason I went this route in the first place is because I was just moving into a new home so, I couldnt afford to pay for this fully upfront. Very poor experience they tried to auto ******* account on a week I'm not paid then they all are a rude when I call the store to get the issue resolved I would need to pay extra I then asked for cooperate they then provided the number to resolution team I could go but I rather not waste anymore time

I am absolutely appalled by this business. Upon delivery, the tiles in my kitchen were shattered! I contacted rent-a-center and they offered me $125 off my contract, which is laughable because they do not make the rules anymore and we have to rip up our entire kitchen to replace the broken tiles so they match. After this, we ran into fraud on our account. I communicated this through writing multiple times with the manager at the location we rented through. Im constantly harassed twice a week by phone for payment to both contact numbers provided.their staff constantly come to my home harassing to get their merchandise, which explained my stepson has the game in ******* somewhere that his mother took him. Would give them 0 stars out of 10 if I could. Nightmare began in 12/2016, rented an item, paid, and returned when done. To this day, they still are reporting as Acceptance Now on my credit report that I was/am late in payments even though their merchandise was returned in EARLY 2017, and I'm writing this in OCTOBER 2023. I just want them off all three of my credit reports. Word to the wise...never ever do business with this company.

Very rude unprofessional an ghetto no customer service skills what so ever each an every last of them needs to be fired after reading reviews I decided to go to another company which they had already taken money off my card so I quickly called back asking for a refund before we went any further with the process I asked 5 times for a refund which I still havent received my money Ive waited the **** business days still nothing they are scammers but they definitely had the right one
