I was renting from a previous owner when suddenly renters warehouse took over, and raised rent from $585 to $660. Whatever. However upon leaving, I was due to get my deposit back. It was $545. I was told $100 would be deducted for repairs. Fair enough. However the check was $45 short. I have been given the run around for two months and it seems they think I’ll let a measly $45 go. Worst experience ever with a rental company. Tony Allen our rep and the company were super easy to deal with in regards to taking our money and us signing. We have been here 2 months and had 5, yes 5 major maintenance issues. First storm we were in front door flooded and took them 2 weeks to get that fixed with the owner saying “well it was not an issue before so he did not understand”. Sent pictures and all. I really wish I would have checked into Renters Warehouse before signing a lease, when I was shown the house there were roaches' and the renting person pointed out a broken switch, he also said they would have a professional come out and spray before I moved in and they would have a cleaning crew come out and clean it, the day I signed the lease, it looked ok on the top, when I returned later that day they were roaches' all over the place, and I checked for signs to see if someone sprayed and found nothing, the bugs that wer... read more

Worst Realty Company Ever. So Unprofessional. Lazy. Properties not worth their rent, need to be taken off market and some need to be knocked down. Nothing gets fixed. Rent changes with no paperwork completed. Communication with phone calls obsolete. Properties have months of work orders that don't get attention.

I was discriminated based on my color to rent a Burnsville townhouse although I had meet all the requirements. I didn’t get a respond from Pete *******and his boss Mark ****** when I reached out to find why I wasn’t approved. I am utterly disappointed and highly suggest people not associate with Renters Warehouse period!!!

The only competent person from this company I've come into contact with is Marydel from RW Maintenance. I'd give specifically Marydel 5 stars, otherwise we'd be looking at a 1 star review for the rest of the company. They rented us an apartment under false pretenses in terrible condition and the person showing us the property knew nothing either at the showing or at the move-in date. So were should I start lets say this company is horrible. I live in Ohio and somehow $734 was used with them which until this happened I have never even heard of them before. I also could not get an answer from anyone with the company and said they would work on it but apparently they are okay letting other ppl use someone information. by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They need to be shut down cuz they can't even do proper identify verification either.

As a property owner, I have not had a single good experience with this company. I have contracted with them for a year and I have had non stop issues since the start! Though the price is unbeatable, I cannot even begin to express the amount of stress this company has caused me. There is always a lack of communication or lack of knowledge when speaking to a representative. Our property managers never get back to us and do not respond in a timely manor. This is my second time giving Renters Warehouse a try. I thought it might be a lot better than my first experience. Unfortunately, not. Communication is lacking with me constantly following up and no follow up with them! I will not be using them again after this.
