I have contacted this company once on 7/23/2022 and advised my ac is leaking. Was told someone will contact that day. No one did. So today, 7/25/2002 I reached 5 times and still have not had the ac repaired. The leak is leaking everywhere where the filter are in. My carpet is all wet and they still did not care to send someone out. I will be looking to see how to handle this situation legally.

Renters warehouse is an absolute fraud of a company. They claim to be easy to work with and one of the best companies for renters however it took five weeks to have smoke detectors installed in my home which is a lease requirement. In addition to that I had a kitchen sink leak that was flooding the bottom of my cabinets that was not repaired despite it being an emergency it took weeks and constant communication on my end to have anyone answer to these issues. It’s amazing that companies want highest market rent and yet canno... read more

They charged us $225 for carpet deodorizer for pet urine when I don't even have cats or dogs because I am allergic to dander and afraid of those animals. They also charged us $400 for debris and brick removal that were already there when we moved in. They also charged us $250 for general cleaning after the house we rented was left spick and span. They even charged us $150 for damaged screen door, when in fact, we were the ones who put that screen door because there was no door at all in the patio. All in all, my $1645 securi... read more

I found a listing that Renters Warehouse had on Realty.com on Tuesday in the Saint Paul, Minnesota region (191 Larpentuer Ave E D). I went ahead and scheduled a showing of the place on Wednesday the next day. Roughly two hours before the showing they cancelled the showing with no explanation. I went ahead and called the number from the automated text because I had a question as to why. Maybe it was just a scheduling issue. It went through several times not giving me a single voicemail option and on the third time a Steve pic... read more

Agent left out alot of information about the property and how things would work through renters warehouse until it came time for us to sign the lease and did not inform us that we would have to pay full months rent well before move in date. nor did he mention that it had to be cash or cashier check.

I was encouraged to sign a lease on a property that I hadn't seen yet. I was told the pictures of the property were updated. They told me they couldn't show me the property because someone lived there. I had to BEG to see the property 2 weeks prior to moving in. Good thing I did, it is uninhabitable. There is water damage and dry-rotted baseboards. I asked the leasing agent if this stuff was to be repaired, she said it would be 'cleaned'. Not sure how you 'clean' water damage. I told them that I wouldn't be moving in the hou... read more

Renter's Warehouse is "managing" the property I currently rent. It's been a disaster since the day I was scheduled to move in. The house was a total disaster. It was filthy, everything was broken. Trash cluttered the house and garage. It took days for repairs to be made, the house cleaned to the point where I could move in. I had to reschedule the movers and delay my move. All the time I was still expected to pay rent. Fast forward a few months to the point where I wanted to use my woodburning fireplace on a cold morning. Th... read more

I have been with renters warehouse for 2 years. In those two years my tenants have never paid on time and renters warehouse pockets the late fee. Why nobody told me to specifically put this in my lease or I'm going to be screwed out of my late fees I have no idea. But I'm not okay with this company they never reply to emails they would never apply to phone calls. Once my tenants leases up I am not going to be using them anymore.

I had the home profesionally cleaned upon move out and I cleaned for every showing - yes - for sale while we lived there. They still charged me for doing it again - $500 cleaners, $300 carpet shampoo. I already did this. They will take any funds they can get a hold of and won't let go no matter what. Glad they finally have their greedy hands out of my wallett! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
