If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ever since Renters Warehouse took over my lease I have had an issue every single month. I have had zero contact back from the company on resolving any of my issues. My personal account manager has never once emailed me back or shown up to handle any situation. Josh, Jaquie, Melissa have never once actually resolved any of my issues after my property was broken into while I was away. Mailbox was rekeyed and never got notice or a new key. I moved into **** ******* ***** ***** **. That was the worst housing decision I ever made. After 30+ years moving with the Army I had many. I have limited characters. Here's the short version.Move in Nov 1, 2021. Was promised a refrigerator at move in. 26 days later got a refrigerator in the kitchen after Thanksgiving. I’ve tried so hard and many times to work with them and give them a chance to correct things and make amends. However completely opposite, they instead slander my name calling accuse me of issues with the house I’ve called about since moving in. Filling out this review as i a renter who lived in a dirty, rat infested house for the last year. Currently being charged $1000 on top of my $3000 deposit. Yes this company is hired by landlords for this purpose, to cheat tenants out of there deposit and charge them unjust fees. As we speak i am taking them to small claims since I cleaned the house better than they did. Its been 310 days since the unit above me had a broken pipe. I have extensive water damage in my bathroom and all they have offered me is a $200 rent credit. My shower and bath are completely unusable. The company only cares about money. This is not the ************ that wasnt fixed for over a year. My daughter and I lived without air conditioning for over a year as well. And again was only offered a $200 rent credit. Im extremely disappointed in this company and would not recommend anyone signing a lease with them.
Worst service ever. I've been here for 6 months and still don't have water properly running throughout the house and hot water only in one room of the house. They can collect a $1700 rent payment every month on time but can't fix my issue. 6 MONTHS!! I have kids in the home and they don't care. This company is the worst they will leave you without basic things like water and electricity and not care. They don’t fix anything and are rude. Avoid them at all costs.
I applied for a rental property and paid the fee for myself and my husband and never heard back from anyone. I called multiple times and I was given multiple names to contact. I contacted those people via the phone numbers provided and again never heard anything back. We are feeling like this company is a scam just taking people’s application fees and never contacting them.
