I have to return to edit my previous review due to issues that came up after Bob Feland found my new tenants. The initial process was great, quick and simple to find the tenants. This is strictly for the Seattle (tukwila) location not the company in general. I was very displeased about the service or lack there of with this locations site, it started when I was trying to transfer all my bills to my tenants that were renting the my house. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business in my life. Despite providing all the criteria they requested they instead asked me for 3x the requirement they specified. When questioned they proceeded to call me to argue with me and change his requirement to 2.5x and call me an asshole for calling him out on it. I have never had anyone let alone a business act so childish. I would never recommend them to anyone.
This people is trying to show to other people the property where I live 4 months before we leave. How is possible that during COVID-19 this company is trying to bring people to my home. How irresponsible and lack of ethics is this company?. After tried on the best way that explain that this is not properly and safe, this person •Chris *******• basically is imposing me that I have to do it.......... careful with this shady procedure.
Anthony B. I had what seemed to be a great experience with Nicholas Valdivia. He was a bit awesome, however the only issue is that he assured my wife and I would receive a refund on the application fee and he'd keep in contact. After he received his BBB review he disappeared. Now I understand that they have a job to do and many people need to rent homes, but don't make promises that you can't keep. And then lie to your supervisor about what you told the customer. Other than that it was still a good experience.
We rented a house that as managed by Renters Warehouse in Huntsville, AL. My wife and I took very good care of the place, nothing on the walls, no carpet stains. We moved out and had the house professionally cleaned. The next day new renters moved in. No repairs done. One month later we get a bill for $2051. Our deposit including pet was $2025.
