I worked with Tia *******today. She was kind, patient and empathetic for my issue. Tia handled my problem with such professionalism. After reaching out to several other people at Renter’s Warehouse Tia was the only person that actually listened and understood our problem. I have been using RW for about 3 years now on a rental house I own out of state. It's stressful when things go wrong with the property and I am too far away to take care of it myself. RW has been great about keeping me updated when things go wrong. It helps that they have repair people they can call to come out to get the job done quickly. Clarissa Mallorca has been very helpful in making sure I am aware of any issues with my property and that they are being taken care of.

I had great service and communication from Renters Warehouse, and in particular, Maria Lazcano. She really helped me out with the issue at my investment property and kept the communication between myself and my tenant very up to date and prompt. The issue was resolved, and all parties were left very happy and satisfied!!

I was working with Susan Larson and she was very respectful. Susan was quick in responses and kept us up to date. She was even trying to do more for us. Have never worked with Renters Warehouse before, I do believe they have best interest for clients and those who are renting.
