Poor A/c operation. It's Ben 2 days no one has arrived to repair. The contract through docusign is fraud.The contract I signed and took pictures of on my phone is not the same contract that saved on my laptop period

Terrible experience. We've dealt with Gavin and Daisy. The place was not cleaned and fixed up when we moved in. There was dog hair and smell everywhere, there was broken glass and beer cans on the rooftop patio, severe water damage in the ceiling, and tons of other issues. We've already had to submit 15+ maintenance orders and we just moved in. I don't like Renters Warehouse because they have to find a vendor and then the vendor has to contact tenant to set up an appointment. I would rather have an onsite maintenance person that knows the property they are dealing with.

5 MONTHS AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT BACK…..! IT’S 1 STAR BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO TO LEAVE A REVIEW .., BUT THEY SHOULD GET -90.. THE LEASING CONSULTANT I HAD WAS KIND AND THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS KIND.. Absolutely unprofessional company. i submitted a termination fee as listed in the contract for breaking a lease early and submitted two months of rent prior to an agreement on all parties to be reduced to a 30 days notice rather than a 60 days notice. Ended up having prior known issues that were never fixed during my stay at the property being taken out of my security deposit and payment for a utility that was not even suppose to be billed to me for the next month and then to receive an email afterwards saying how they made ... read more

My tenant paid its June 2024 rent on 6/1/2024. As of date, renters warehouse is yet to remit the portion of the paid rent that belongs to the landlord. I have sent 2 separate emails on 2 different occasions to the company without any response. At a point, I am beginning to wonder if renters warehouse has vanished into thin air or stopped operations. they misrepresented my sale. Listed it improperly. When I went to closing I had to pay extra $2000.00 to the agent that was not disclosed prior. They offered no resolution or help. There is no place to leave reviews on their website. Overall TERRIBLE selling experience, would not recommend to ANYONE!

Faithfully rented a house from renterswarehouse for 6 years. They told us they were raising the rent 200 a month and and that we must sign an annual lease or get out. We got out and left the house in better condition. a month later we got our deposits back of just $117 from Shannon ****. They falsly charged us for replacement of a window that was previously cracked, replacement of a bedroom carpet that was 40 years old and ignored our pet deposits for which our two small dogs did NO damage!

These are false reviews. I would request phone numbers and contact information for real people with real experiences. I am an Owner. Renters Warehouse is a terrible company that runs the property to the ground while not providing property management. My Tenants requested early release from the 3 year Contract due to false representation on the part of the Renters Warehouse Property Manager.
