they misrepresented my sale. Listed it improperly. When I went to closing I had to pay extra $2000.00 to the agent that was not disclosed prior. They offered no resolution or help. There is no place to leave reviews on their website. Overall TERRIBLE selling experience, would not recommend to ANYONE!

Business response:

*****, we're truly sorry to hear about your experience. We take your concerns seriously and encourage you to contact our office at ************ or to reach out directly to the agent you worked with to review any documents or concerns. We're committed to addressing and resolving any issues you've faced.

Faithfully rented a house from renterswarehouse for 6 years. They told us they were raising the rent 200 a month and and that we must sign an annual lease or get out. We got out and left the house in better condition. a month later we got our deposits back of just $117 from Shannon ****. They falsly charged us for replacement of a window that was previously cracked, replacement of a bedroom carpet that was 40 years old and ignored our pet deposits for which our two small dogs did NO damage!

Business response:

****, we truly appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction regarding the security deposit charges after faithfully renting with Renters Warehouse for 6 years. We understand how concerning this can be, especially with charges you believe to be unjust. Please note that the homeowner is responsible for determining any and all security deposit charges. If you dispute these charges, we kindly ask you to send us a letter explaining which charges you dispute and the reasons behind your dispute. Once we... read more

These are false reviews. I would request phone numbers and contact information for real people with real experiences. I am an Owner. Renters Warehouse is a terrible company that runs the property to the ground while not providing property management. My Tenants requested early release from the 3 year Contract due to false representation on the part of the Renters Warehouse Property Manager. He secured a Contract w/ them under the condition that I would landscape, the property is desert/organic. He created hardship for the Te... read more

If i could have left a negative score i would have! Terrible terrible terrible customer service when it comes to tenants. Signed a 36month least. Moved in and the entire house needed a fresh coat of paint. The owner would only authorize someone to come in and spot pain the house for us and now that we have moved out we got charged for having to paint. We didnt have power in our kitchen for 8 days straight with 4 mouths to feed and the owner rejected any sort of compensation or rent reduction. renters warehouse doesnt make th... read more

Business response:

*******, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Renters Warehouse. We value our customers' feedback. We understand the frustration that can arise when repair costs are not aligned with expectations, and we apologize for any miscommunication or confusion in this regard. Renters Warehouse is acting in its capacity as the third-party property management company facilitating the security deposit return process. RW does not have the authority to compel the property owner to adjust the withholdings made in the... read more

My boyfriend and I were trying to go through Renters Warehouse to find a rental to live in, we were working with Nicholas Valdivia and we each paid our $55 application fee and applied to multiple properties but each property we asked him to send our applications to, he was slow in sending them and lacked communication with us so each place kept getting filled before we got a chance to be approved. We asked for our application fees back because we decided it was smarter to try and find a place on our own without renters wareh... read more

Business response:

*******, thank you for sharing your experience. We apologize your experience was less than satisfactory. Our team is committed to delivering excellent service, and your input will help us improve. We did issue a refund for both of your application fees. Unfortunately, the original checks were sent to an old address. We then had to wait for those checks to be voided before we could reissue new checks to send to your new address. We apologize for the delay. The reissued checks went out this morning (10/20) to your new address.... read more

They expect a prospect to rent without being able to check if all amenities are in working order. Further, they expect a hold deposit (non-refundable) without any allowance for the fact that electricity and gas are both turned off - making it not possible to check all appliances. They can play the "word salad" game just fine. Totally unsatisfactory experience. They got me for a $45 credit check and 11 days of electrical services to the property. I liked it - I turned on the electricity in my name so they could make it ready.... read more

Renters Warehouse is wholly dedicated to doing business in compliance with Federal Fair Housing law at all times and without exception. Your application fee is not a fee we keep, we use a very thorough independent third-party vendor that charges us to produce a background check. We charge an application fee to offset our cost to obtain the report from this vendor. You have the ability to use this application for any of our listed properties for 30 days without paying a new application fee each time. If you have any concerns ... read more

Worst company ever from a tenant’s standpoint. Let me count the ways: 1. They lost my cashiers check in their office and called me demanding I pay my rent when I already had. Harvey was very rude. Luckily my agent takes pictures of all the checks he submits and they eventually “found it”. The use of untraceable cashier checks sets them up to be less than honest. 2. Before moving in my agent created a service request to have a washer and dryer installed. It never happened. We moved in with no washer and dryer. Took 4 days for... read more

OVER $40,000.00 DOLLARS IN DAMAGE AFTER TRUSTING RENTERS WAREHOUSE!!! Our experience was a complete NIGHTMARE!! RW allowed the tenants to vandalize our property! Along with countless phone calls RW failed to respond to, the late fees that we insisted on getting, and the lack of getting tenants to pay are every reason to NEVER use RW Management! First Maintenance call; broken service door, screen door and fence gate, trash and unkept grounds. IMMEDIATELY requested an inspection; professional outdoor lighting stomped on, furni... read more

Renter's Warehouse will talk to you a lot before you rent from them. After you sign the contract, good luck having anyone talk to you about anything. My advice, if you see the house is being represented by Renter's Warehouse, RUN the other way as fast as you can. I was renting until I found a house to buy. Renter's Warehouse has gone dark on me and will not return any phone calls so I can terminate my lease and move into my new home. Also, at the last minute, the rental agent said the contract had to be for 18 months instead... read more

Renters Warehouse has received your Notice to Vacate, but unfortunately, pursuant to your Lease Agreement, we are unable to process your request at this time as you provided an invalid move out date. You have requested a move out date prior to your lease expiration; this request will require a lease modification in order to vacate prior to the lease end date. A lease modification case has been created on your behalf and a member of the Renters Warehouse Team will work to negotiate your request with the property owner. Please... read more
