Renter's Warehouse will talk to you a lot before you rent from them. After you sign the contract, good luck having anyone talk to you about anything. My advice, if you see the house is being represented by Renter's Warehouse, RUN the other way as fast as you can. I was renting until I found a house to buy. Renter's Warehouse has gone dark on me and will not return any phone calls so I can terminate my lease and move into my new home. Its been 310 days since the unit above me had a broken pipe. I have extensive water damage in my bathroom and all they have offered me is a $200 rent credit. My shower and bath are completely unusable. The company only cares about money. This is not the ************ that wasnt fixed for over a year. My daughter and I lived without air conditioning for over a year as well. And again was only offered a $200 rent credit. Im extremely disappointed in this company and would not recommend anyone signing a lease with them.
