Shawn ***, took a great deal of his morning to help a new Tennant with move in issues. He tried many solutions with the final idea working for us as a new Tennant to voice our issues with rhe incomplete / ready to accept rental home. Shawn took the time to list the issues and provide us a way to send pictures of poorly maintained and prepped for lease home unit. Shawn is a CREDIT to Renters Warehouse Customer Service.
