We have been waiting for three weeks for conformation of final inspection of our rental of a townhome in Thornton. We have called, emailed and have yet receive a response. They are non responsive.

Had a confirmed appointment No one showed up. I could not get ahold of anyone. Horrible service!!

Peter Temple once again helped my husband and I to find renters for our new investment property. We are impressed with his professionalism, communication and willingness to go above and beyond. This is our third property management company in the last 30 years, having rented out units throughout that time. This is by far the worst company to deal with and cannot be trusted. First off, we are located in the Denver area, and were looking around for a local property management company. The worst property management company I've ever worked with even our landlord stated it! Three agents told me that there would no lease break fee due to the fact that we gave a 60 day notice and that applies under the Colorado law. So thinking they were trained professionals I ended up putting a double deposit on a new unit. Keep in mind that's $3000 there and now $3000 for renters warehouse. Chris Mulhern was very responsive and helpful throughout the viewing and move in process. He was able to meet us at our work to pick up deposits and made sure that we were in the loop through email and phone. Where Chris really impressed me was in his ability to draw the line when damages to the property were not up to standards. Our carpets ended up being replaced last minute due to the neglect of previous tenant(s). Most people wouldn't have cared enough to take this initiative. Unfortunately there is little to no response to maintenance tickets. On July 15 my move in day, my leasing agent Chris Mulhern submitted a maintenance request (287828) for the following items: Your request details as submitted are: 1) junk removal of some furniture items (piano, desk, filing cabinet) and trash 2) general cleaning (including windows), 3) patio door does not lock; there's currently a wooden door jamb 4) pool is dirty and was left uncovered 5) smoke detector missing in kitchen I called on July 29, and was quick... read more
