Chris cannot take no for an answer, he thinks he is the only game in town and boarders on harassment. I said I would do a referral fee and he wants three time what I pay the company I already work with. I'm sorry I even responded to his message, I had to block him. He goes on about he offers a guarantee, news flash...so does everyone and we all know a guarantee means you have fancy language in your agreement that allows you to create a bunch of red tape and ultimately wiggle out. No one has resolved our issue since June! We have been passed from one manager to another, Steve munyon provided us Kirby's number who is the manager, but no one ever helped us. Please can someone reach out? It's been 3 months, and we haven't been reimbursed by something that is not our fault.

Chris Mulhern has been a great ambassador for Renters Warehouse. He was on top of all coordination, facilitation and outstanding issues during my move-in process. Don't let the thought of Renters Warehouse as a large corporation fool you, I recommend Chris and Renters Warehouse.

Tenants and Owners BEWARE!!! They must be going OUT OF BUSINESS!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Renters Warehouse is no longer paying the owners the rents that the tenants have already paid. It is end of the month and we still haven't received rent for this month. Our tenants paid their rent weeks ago.

We have been waiting for three weeks for conformation of final inspection of our rental of a townhome in Thornton. We have called, emailed and have yet receive a response. They are non responsive.
