My initial reservation was made for the wrong day. When I showed up on a Monday, which is the only day I would make an appointment as I am always off work, I was told my reservation was for Wednesday. No way I made it for Wednesday but I also had no confirmations from you on it. Picking up my vehicle was an issue. My rep was busy with someone in front of me, no big deal. Took my car in for a routine oil change and an open recall. They heavily damaged the inside of both driver and passenger side doors and scratched the outside of my drivers side removing the seats for whatever the recall was. My seats were not put back in properly and became loose while I was driving. They said they would make it right by ordering replacement panels but haven't heard anything and now, my car drives incredibly rough. I'm sorry I took my car there.

Didn't like the fact that they refused to swap out my radio, that was defective from the factory, because I was a few months past a 2 year warranty.

I went in there because i hade oil light on and i took 5 galons of oil from my 2020 ram 3500 under warranty. After approximately 3 weeks they found out that my injectors were bad and they replacet under warranty. They wanted to fix problem without knowing if it would actually fix the issue. Their diagnostic process is lacking.
Last time I had my oil change the techs spilled a bunch of oil all over my engine bay. That's fine mistakes happen but this time before I started the Jeep I checked and the tech forgot to screw in my oil cap. This is unacceptable especially if you're going to charge so much for an oil change. If I didn't check I would have a massive mess on my hands.
Worst experience ever, after you get the car , they become so cold & rude for any complains,they don't want to see you anymore

didn't have this service performed???? They still have my vehicle because of Jeep and a recall no parts available. not the dealerships fault. but they don't communicate very well still waiting for a call or text to let me know when the engine will be replaced.
