something changed with their service department and it has went downhill. Spent a week just trying to get a estimate emailed to me for a transmission job but finally had to go to Rairdon's Fiat of Kirkland. Customer service seems to be the last thing they care about and because of this they lost a 10 thousand dollar job and a customer.
Truck offered was presented for a test drive. Truck drove well. When I called/texted/emailed to ask about the truck, the dealership was very unresponsive for several days. I did speak with a few different people and was hoping to get a straight answer on what was being repaired since I noted online a $3000 price drop and a text from one person that parts were slow to arrive. Very unorganized. Played phone tag with the service advisor all day and ended up having to pick up my car the next day after I gave up and decided to just show up in person.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Would not recommend.
Communication was sparse. I was told I needed an alignment. I authorized it given I just bought the car new. I asked for before and after alignment information. They reported they couldnt find the initial but had results. Didnt vacuum out the car even though it reported they did. Hassled about coupon. Said I needed to provide it at time of service request even though they were the one who called me. There was a mix up on warranty coverage, I didnt find until the end of the day the factory warranty had expired based on the purchase date,not the year and mileage. My vehicle had not been worked on so I took it back to where I purchased the vehicle warranty.
THIS IS A ONE STAR REVIEW! It took them over month and 5 visits to NOT fix my car. 3 of the visits they had my car for a total of 7 days and NEVER touched it. They overbooked themselves or had staffing issues to blame. I have two Jeeps and will never be bringing them back here. Avoid this place and save yourself time and money.
Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because my Jeep Wrangler has the oil changed and one other service. The lady Wendy was busy eating lots of snack on her desk while texting on the phone and talking to me. Ive never been to a service advisor who was not doing all that while helping customers. Gets a date to have my vehicle service when the technician is not there. They need to get there stuff together over there. Be more professional like a real service department, not like they work at home.
