Appointments are ten weeks out, and once the car was dropped off, took them another week to actually look at the car. They cleared an error, and charged $300. Whatever the underlying problem is, they dont know, and didnt try to find out.
The worst ever ! Had car towed on a Friday 8 am was tolded it will be diagnosed on Monday...not had to go to shop on Wednesday they had not looked at car called me nothing .Finally got car back the next Friday .No diagnostic done belt still squeaks service light still comes on at starting of car .They are terrible!
Took my truck in for service and it came back with a huge scratch on the drivers door. Apparently, the mechanic had the door open against the lift post the whole time he was working on it and it really did a number on the paint.
Terrible service - cant get through by phone or text which they suggested when I dropped my vehicle off. They also lost my key and took the guy 30 mins to find it in the mechanics tool box that had already left for the day.
The worst experience I've ever had.I believe there a scam shop.I warn anyone to stay away.
Was charged to replace a drain plug that the techs had stripped. Asked for air in my tires, they joked it would be 67% nitrogen and then forgot to add any air. They didnt forget to charge me for the drain plug they stripped though.
Just read every single review for the past 5 years all except 2 are good out of the 100s of reviews. Experience was absolutely terrible
The experience was actually pretty terrible, and I hope not to have to return except for the fact I've got three free oil changes still remaining. I was told incorrect information and it cost me money and safety.
I never had my Jeep serviced on 9/30/22. This is a fake.
