$370 for a diagnostic that told me the wrong info. This place is absolute trash. Not worth a penny
My vehicle was in the shop for over 3 days and couldn't get a hold of a adviser. They either put you on hold for a really long time until you hang up or they tell you that they will return your phone. 3 days of not knowing what was wrong with my car. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The techs left a vacuum hose disconnected and left a mess all over the exterior of my truck. Will not return and do not recommend them at all.
Randy is one not to trust for your trade in value, he gave me a quote that was so under value. Have your guard up if you plan to trade something in. I didn't buy a car there.
Made on online inquiry, and a salesperson contacted me the next day, and told me how much she wanted to sell this car to me, so I made a reasonable offer over the phone, and was told she would get back to me that day. This particular car had been on the lot unsold for almost 3 months so I was relatively sure that my offer would be accepted. The salesperson never contacted me that day, or the next. They dont know how to leave you alone and not harasse you when you dont answer their calls and harassing texts. Thier obnoxious
LOF went fine, but had to bring back next day due to low oil pressure light. they forget to reset it.This should have been done after LOF. No excuses part of their job.
Be very careful all those hidden charges will really tic you off. Ive bought a number of cars in my 60 years, and this place takes the cake. The worst part is you dont even realize until its to late to do anything about it.
