If you have any other options for service I would recommend going somewhere else. I had brought my Ram in for fixing a water leak issue. It took 4 separate trips to get fixed in a month period of time. During that time I received my truck back with several paint scratches. They agreed to buff out the scratches, however when I received my truck back I found that only a few scratches were fixed. I ended up spending a half day fixes the scratches myself. I will not be going back.
My truck truck was at the dealership nearly two months. The leak in the cab apparently came from the antenna and the part required to fix it still has not arrived at the dealership. The humidity from the leak has caused a covered the carpets in mildew which was not cleaned, rust on metal components and the failure of the rear seat heater electronics, none of which were identified or addressed by the service department. The absolute worst customer service ever. My service advisor Brianna was never available to help with any of my concerns. The other advisors are seemingly not interested in helping at all because I was not their specific assigned customer. Every time I called, I was asked to leave my number so NO ONE would call me back. My vehicle was this dealer for over 1 Month. That is ridiculous! When my vehicle was finally ready, the representative at the service center had me waiting for 45mins.
I'm Dave Pressley Sr I was called for my 2005 Chrysler Sebring of a recall set the date and drove in waited for 1hour only to told that they did not have the parts to replace , so I rescheduled another visit this time they had the part in took my car in to fix it for 2 hours . I understand that things take much longer than other things but if it is a recall prioritize the rework ?? to me a recall should take presents with parts at hand . I do thank you for the UBER back and forth to work ;;
This is not a company I want to service my vehicle. Friendly team, but Ive had to return too many times for repair work that should have been completed initially. 3x in 3 months.
I was discriminated against and racially profiled this visit and I dont think Ill be back I am a loyal customer and the way I was treated was unacceptable!
The service was friendly and helpful but hard to reach. I was charged $200 for a diagnostic on a check engine light that I thought exorbitant.
Took 2 months to replace transmission and had same problem 1 week.later
