Fairly poor. They increased the price of the vehicle the day after I contacted them. They soon sold the car and continued contacting me as though they hadnt sold it. This was to my surprise when I came on site to buy it and they were trying to talk me into another car...
I do not like being talked down too from someone who knows nothing about me or my knowledge. Made a reasonable offer for truck only to be berated. Would never buy from them.
I was scheduled to have a recall repair but upon arrival, I was told that they didn't have the necessary parts and that I would have to reschedule it after the parts come in.
This service was supposed to take 30-45 minutes according to the service desk person. Was told this at the time of my check-in. Service took 2.5 hours with no explanation for the huge discrepancy. Service tech did me a favor by finishing my car before he went to lunch. This was at the 2 hour mark! I will not return to this dealership for any reason.
After bringing my car back multiple times to fix the check engine light they finally resolve the issue. Customer service there sucks. Since the new ownership took over!
Service at this location was terrible!
We had negotiated a price on a truck, set up an appointment and were told the truck would be parked in the front waiting for us to do a test drive before final purchase. We live 1.5 hours away from the dealership so it was a drive to get there. We waited in the lobby for 10 minutes before we were told that the salesman was just going to grab his paperwork and be right with us.
