Reoccurring problems with check engine light coming on. Ive had my car in there about four times already and now I have to bring it in again for the same problem
Terrible communication and charged way more than quoted for initial inspection to find out what was wrong with the vehicle. If it weren't for the fact the only Jeep could fix the problem I would have gone elsewhere. I won't be coming back in the future if I can help it.

I was quoted $1860 + tax to repair a exhaust leak from the exhaust manifold. I had the same issue fixed on the right side on my previous visit ( previous oil change) that was covered under partial warranty even though the issue manifested after a previous repair (and why it was partially covered). I have noticed we have a pattern of one repair leading to another...and now this oil change they told me it was the "opposite side" that was causing the issue, and of course it wouldn't be covered under any warranty. They are nothing but scammers.they said my truck needed motor mounts and kept my truck for a few days.then they charged me $350.00 dollars to put my truck on the diagnostic machine and told me I needed a engine.i brought a engine and let my mechanic put it in. They never changed the motor mounts and the check engine light was on because the gas cap was lose.dont ever take your vehicle to these scammers. They get no stars and a big shame on you.

The Jeep went in for a factory recall. The battery needed for the recall were back ordered by a month. My service time was accelerated (I believe) as a result of a pending lemon law suit. During the time the dealership had my vehicle, the vehicle indicated it was time for an oil change. No one reached out to see if I wanted to have the service done during the weeks they had my vehicle. I will now have to make an additional appointment.
