Car rep was excellent but service terrible had tires rotated they did not see a nail in my tire , less than 5 days care had a flat, car had not been driven sense service, broke tire emblem when changing tire.
Repeat visits to get the same repairs done at our expense. Car is still leaking oil after having gaskets replaced into top half of engine
Too expensive, lack of customer service, lack of communication when it came to updates, gave my car back on E-I coasted it to the gas station. Someone was joy riding in my car and left their shooter in my trunk. Will not return here
Waited nearly 4 hours for an oil change. My passenger side headlamp wasnt working so I asked them to look at it. They ran out of time to diagnose it so sent me on my way. Leaving the dealership my passenger side blinker quit working. Took the car to another shop. The found the wiring harness was disconnected, cleaned some corrosion change the headlamp and its now working. Asked them to put the dust cover beneath the engine bay back on. They said they would have to order parts. Whatttt?
Horrible no one helped us when we went to the dealership. They looked at us come into the establishment and did not greet us or approach us so we left.

Nothing I went in to fix was fixed. 2nd time trying to update my connect. Not sure what the problem is. Get dishonest answers every time. Consistently have to call to see if my car is done to be told. Yes, its done. Pricing to fix my never working correct lights is absolutely ridiculous!!
We had a written agreement of things that should have been fixed, and they only fixed one issue, I have been fighting with them for almost a month now and still no progress has been made
Customer service from the agents are GREAT, they definitely deserve the 5 stars. However the prices being charged by CDJR are extremely overpriced. We were quoted $2,000 to have 4 spark plugs and 1 ignition coil replaced. We decided to take our vehicle for service elsewhere and we paid $500 instead. I personally wouldnt recommend any service being done here outside of your warranty!
The only reason this experience received 1 STAR is because there is not an option for 0 STARs! This is a well-known and well-documented design flaw that requires a RECALL to fix - the Dealership even agreed with me on this. Yet Jeep continues to refuse to fix this issue, and now does not even offer a Loaner or Rental Vehicle. So this Warranty Work (according to the Dealership), Failed Repair Work more accurately, cost me over $600 out-of-pocket for a Rental Vehicle that Jeep MAY consider re-imbursing me for!
