This is my second review for this facility. My family member was there for almost 3 months recovering. It's not the first time they have been a patient there and usually we are fairly satisfied. **PT is the best part about the entire experience. If it wasn't for that not much to rave about. Some of the staff is wonderful and some is not. It's really frustrating when people are not doing their job and you have to make noise for things to get done. This place is amazing. The staff is kind, skilled, and truly cares about the residents. Nurses and therapists go above and beyond, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. The facility is clean, welcoming, and has a great overall vibe. Most importantly, my loved one felt safe and well cared for. I'd highly recommend this skilled nursing facility. And it smells so clean!!

Reo Vista from day one was a great experience. It started with coming in before my mom's stay and I spoke to Zaira who works in admistration. She was understanding with how I felt about my mom coming to a facility setting. CNA's showed compassion and were very patient to my moms needs especially Wendy and Z. My moms stay was a month and a half and a half sheis home know thankfully. Thank you sooo soo much Gesel and social working staff for making this a great experience. I am a person that continually reads reviews on places that I am needing, and in the case of skilled nursing this was no exception. My father was in a skilled nursing facility over a year ago and the place was horrific. When it came time that mom had to go into skilled nursing, I read reviews on many places. My aunt has been in this facility for a little over 6 months now & it has been really good for her. The facility is nice and organized, clean and have very helpful staff. A huge than you to Isabel for helping me feel comfortable and making it easy for me and my aunt. I highly recommend this facility. They are very good at caring for their patients .

I wanted to take this oppotunity to pass-along a "big-thanks" to Head Nurse, Isacc, at the Noth Station! Isacc was very attentive to my questions & concerns....and took the time to patiently look-up our Mon's Chart & provided me with all the info, I needed. Isacc was also responsible of getting Our Mom in a better-room, in terms of a bed that had a TV right-next to her bed! I have been visiting my father in law as he was recovering and going through physical therapy. I had read the negative reviews so we were apprehensive about his stay here. Must say that I have pleasantly impressed with the tender loving care he has received here. I would like to acknowledge the wonderful staff at Reo Vista Healthcare Center. We recently placed our mother there for rehab. My family cannot say enough on how GREAT the staff is there. We are impressed with not only the professionalism, but also their attentiveness and care they all have demonstrated to our mom. A special shout out to MacLee for his effectiveness and caring aid
