I would give them zero stars if that were an option. On Oct 28th I ordered a part for a Samsung phone, for my dad. At checkout it said it would ship the same day. After not showing up in the time fame the provided, I called, I let messages, I never actually talked to a person. There were several attempts! The only think I got was a text saying it would be here the next day. It never came! It feels like a scam to me, shady for sure that you cant talk to anyone!

Phone was not charging. so ordered a charge module for my galaxy s8 plus. Payed for 2 day shipping so i could get my phone back working. Ordered on Sunday it was shipped out Monday, should have received it on Wednesday but due to Fed ex, I received it on Thursday. The part ordered was exactly what i needed and fixed the phone. Late shipping was due to Fed Ex, which I see will seek a refund for the 2 day shipping.

Replaced my IPhone 6s battery but drained so fast. Faster than the original Apple battery. Supplied Fake or Junk battery.

I ordered parts in early June and need them shipped to a different address than my billing...I supplied wrong number of residence and was notified that they would be returned..I contacted company through the site they supplied and txt number supplied...not only haven't I received parts, but I have not received ANY follow up, and, they still have MY money....terrible customer service and to this point criminal.....

Ordered my screen part was supposed to be here On the 17th Of July and still has not received it have tried contacting them but get no response

First time ordering from this company because they had a certain part in stock that I needed pretty quickly. So I ordered the part and pay for express shipping..... kind you I needed this part within a couple of days. I got my part 9 days after ordering it.. I paid for 1-2 day shipping!!!!!!!! I get the part and it doesn'g even have wrap or any form of protection!? So I'm already confused on how this is even possible.. who lets them send these parts out in just an regular mailing envelope!? I install the part just saying to ... read more

I wouldn't use this people again. I order a product . There was a error with the address it was been shipped too. Try calling they never answered the phone. Once they return my call by text. They toll me there was nothing they can do. No product and no money!

One star is too much. Never received a confirmation email after my order was placed. Waited two days and called. No one answered the phone. Texted the company number. Awful customer service. Said my part would arrive on the following Tuesday. I asked for a tracking number. I was told there wasn't one. If you like being lied to and paying for parts you'll never get, then this would be the place to order from. Complete fraud!
