I purchased a vehicle Saturday and documents showed no recalls. I have discovered an incomplete recall, sent a text to AL, no response. I’ll be at the dealership when they open tomorrow morning.
Don’t buy anything from this dealership. We purchased a 2022 ram and the transmission went out and the lifetime warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Take your business somewhere else you will save a headache

They have horrible customer service and have no idea what they are doing. I was interested in a Corvette Z06 and the most I got out of the sales person Tim Campbell that it was his buddies who worked there who traded it in on a Hellcat and he has lots of cars and takes care of them. This service department is ridiculous!The lack of communication is absurd! I should not be calling you X amount of times to get an update while I’ve been very patient it should be the other way around ! Stay away. Swindlers and thieves. They'll lie about what's included and overcharge you for what's not. They will give you the literal bait and switch like they did to me. Horrible company and ppl
My husband bought a truck here and the initial experience was great. He purchased a warranty and was told he could cancel it at any time. He has been trying to call for three weeks now. The finance department never answers the phone or returns messages. He has contacted the salesman multiple times and every time we get “oh yeah, I’ll have someone call you right back” but no return call. This dealership only cares about selling vehicles, they do not care about customer service AT ALL.

Been a good supporter and customer of Rhythms service department for a long time. But for some reason this day and time they can't call you back when they want you to make appointments for diagnosis and apparently oil changes. Guess they would rather I go to Valvoline.

Service department recommended an appointment for oil change. My wife made one, I showed up for my appointment to be told that even though I had an appointment, the wait was over 2 hours. I see I am not the only one with this complaint which means that this owner does not care about its customers.
The ladies who answer the phones are the rudest! I’ve been trying to reach financing for a month leave countless voicemails and messages with the rude ladies answering their phones. Not a soul has took the time to call me back. Their maintenance department is terrible too. You make a appointment for an oil change and hours later they get you in.
