Towed my Wrangler in to Rhythm because it was leaking fluids. I was given a list of things that was causing the leak and additional issues that had nothing to do with the leak. They were asking for $6,700 and tried to encourage me to trade it in!!! I asked about the warranty. They said they would research and see if the issues were covered. So I don't know where to begin..... Lets start with my Jeep. On Memorial weekend 2021 I purchased a 2018 Jeep JLU. Great vehicle !! I love it. The salesman went above and beyond to help me out. But the administrative department that handles the tittles was less than desirable. I purchased a car from them on September 1 here it is Dec 16 I’m on my 4th drive out tag which I was told by the county clerks office they shouldn’t be able to do. Sad thing is this isn’t my 1st problem they didn’t payoff my trade in before another note was due. Now second problem is they can’t find my file to tell me why I they can’t get my car registered. Zero stars: We have left 12 messages for Shawn in finance to call us back regarding a gap insurance refund. Over the course of 3 months he has YET to call back. Unacceptable and terrible customer service. Guess if I call saying I want a new truck I BET I’d get a phone call back REAL QUICK. you need to do better on the customer service end. There is absolutely NO reason he should be ignoring a CUSTOMER.

I dont like the way I was treated by the sales staff including management. I had been working to improve my credit and found a truck I liked and finally settled on a price. the bank wouldn't accept the truck because of mileage so I found 2 in their inventory but afterwards was dropped like a hot rock . all calls and texts wasn't being acknowledged and started being ignored. I bought a 2019 Toyota Tundra from Rhythm back in February. I live out of state and they financed the license plate into my loan. When I went to my local Chancery Clerks office to get the plate, there was an overage of $241.09. The Chancery office said that they had to mail the check back to Rhythm and that Rhythm would have to mail it back to me. It’s been 8 months and still no check. Update: got my car in March 2021 and didn’t get tags until DECEMBER. Took multiple times with them sending the wrong stuff every time. Have requested a manager call multiple times but no one from here will ever call you. Would not send my worst enemy to this dealership. They are incompetent and rude and don’t care about you after they get your money.
Don’t recommend this dealership to anybody!!!! If your itryijg to purchase a new car, get serviced, or even just look at cars. Take the extra time to go to the dealership in Franklin. The GM is horrible and is a reflection of the whole unorganized, disappointing dealership. The owner should be ashamed for the way this dealership operates.
