My fiancé purchased a jeep in November and he can’t even get tags. They keep send temporary tags. They won’t even return calls. This is ridiculous and I would not recommend dealing with them.

Customer service has been awful since purchase. Salesman and manager will not return calls.

I bought my Jeep over a year ago and still have no registration for tags. No one will return my phone call or answer my questions. RIDICULOUS

I went to this dealership to shop for my boyfriend’s first car. Unfortunately, he found one and purchased an absolutely ruined car. They let us leave with an empty tank of gas and a broken key. He ended up spending about the price of the car on repairs. When he called the dealership hoping for an ounce of accountability, he got none. Because he hadn’t spent several thousand on a warranty (because there were $$$ added for features that he didn’t expect), they couldn’t help. Or they refused to. They sold me a car that wasnt ready to be sold then after payment was sent they told me that the car i had paid for was unavailable then took a week and found another car in ohio then ignored me and my wife for 2 weeks then delivered it to me with bad brakes and bad center support bearing and bad wheel speed sensors then did not leave any paperwork at all for the car then they ignored us for another week then agreed to pay for the repairs after i had taken it to my local dodge dealer then they ignored me and my wife and the ... read more

Update.... The buying process was excellent it’s everything afterward that is poor service. Owned the vehicle for a month and can’t get anyone to return a phone call. Been a month still no tags and trying to get another temporary tag has been a hassle. The worst part is I still don’t know if my trade in was paid off and when my payments start on the new vehicle. They are very Sales driven people, not listening to what the customer wants. I specifically made it clear numerous times NOT to shop my credit, the finance guy said to my face that it was ran only once. it was shopped 8 fricken times! Then had the nerve not to even explain my contract. Just kept giving me the iPad to sign here, sign here, sign here. Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had, after purchase! I’ve called and left numerous voicemails with no response. Would not recommend. Once you make the initial Purchase your dead to them.
