DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST. The experience that my girlfriend and I just had with this company is the top worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. From start to finish. Let me just say, I don’t leave reviews unless it is horrifying and these people are IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with. I bought a 2013 Genesis Rspec V8 from these people. They’re customer service is not friendly. I been owning the car for over 3 months still no tags. Not only that but they will not give another temp tag so going to work is very difficult. The night I went and looked at the car I couldn’t start it because it was dead (alternator). They put one in it came back bought it the next night. Afterwards I had charging issues so I took it back they said the Alternator was good, and they was gonna have to send it to Hyundai. I do not recommend this dealership. First they sold my trade-in with my old tag still on it that resulted in a ticket being issued on it in Nashville 7 months later that became a pain in the a$$ to get sorted out. Yes they paid it but but it took multiple days of my time to be involved. Second the Jeep I bought was not thoroughly inspected by then which resulted in 10k miles later had to replace the rear differential, the mechanic I took it to stated it was not 10k mile differential fluid because it was black as tar with met... read more

I do not recommend this dealership, 2 times I went in person for the same vehicle, each time I went they gave me a higher price. They ask you for a down payment to finance with them and there is never a difference in price. I bought the vehicle from him the third time since I made contact with a seller through the dealer's website, I pretended to be someone else and when I got the price I wanted I drove to the dealer again and the old seller was surprised. My brother bought a car from this place early fall of 2021.. it was a used car and he payed cash. The people have claimed they are sending the title in the mail and it’s Jan 2022 and we still haven’t received it. My brother gets stationed in FL in 3 weeks and he can’t register his car and take it. They beat around the bush every time we call and it’s ridiculous. Be careful buying used cars. Make sure they have the title before buying.

Customer service department doesn’t exist at this dealership. They sale you cars and refuse to send your tags or answer the phone.

Towed my Wrangler in to Rhythm because it was leaking fluids. I was given a list of things that was causing the leak and additional issues that had nothing to do with the leak. They were asking for $6,700 and tried to encourage me to trade it in!!! I asked about the warranty. They said they would research and see if the issues were covered. Mind you, I have a copy of the warranty in hand. They called me back and insisted the warranty did not cover any of the issues. So I don't know where to begin..... Lets start with my Jeep. On Memorial weekend 2021 I purchased a 2018 Jeep JLU. Great vehicle !! I love it. The salesman went above and beyond to help me out. But the administrative department that handles the tittles was less than desirable. I purchased a car from them on September 1 here it is Dec 16 I’m on my 4th drive out tag which I was told by the county clerks office they shouldn’t be able to do. Sad thing is this isn’t my 1st problem they didn’t payoff my trade in before another note was due. Now second problem is they can’t find my file to tell me why I they can’t get my car registered.
