The worst experience ever! Very stressful! This is the worst experience I have ever ever had as a tenant. 1. The staff is very unprofessional that doesn't communicate in a timely manner. 2. I was provided misleading and false information multiple times 3. Bell Partners is the new management at Riata's and I am glad I don't have to deal with this place anymore. 4. Overpriced, terrible management You can tell this place used to be great, and it has the potential to be. However, management takes extremely long to answer, have been unable to get ANY of the gates working (promised to be completed MONTHS ago), and simply seem to not care about solving any of the issues affecting residents, including amenities that simply do NOT work (while charging residents high fees to maintain them ???).
