Verified Renter Horrible never move here. Staff are rude and not helpful, over priced. Old apartments full of issues. There is no one that cares once you have moved in and wont fix things. Roaches everywhere. Mail broken into all the time. Mail is always stolen. No security. All the things they say are coming soon never come

Verified Renter This community is very disappointing. The grounds are cool with great amenities but management is rude, dismissive and very disrespectful. We have work orders in that havent been addressed in 4 months!

Verified Renter Very high rental, super high absurd common maintenance charges and very very slow maintenance. Even the emergency number hardly works. Overall a very dissatisfied living experience

Worst leasing agents I was at the Riata leasing office on Friday 21st, January 2022. I was enquiring about a virtual tour call that I was expecting to receive 30 mins ago since I was in the neighborhood. The leasing agent says that the number they have on file was wrong (implying that I inout wrong phone number while scheduling the appointment). Verified Renter Riata is like a box of chocolates you never know what youre going to get. The box (neighborhood, and amenities) is nice but the inside (your apartment) is the surprise. Apartment not the same quality of the model first let down theres several issues in quality throughout. The second major letdown is maintenance. Maintenance gets to things here when they get to it. Alerted staff to a closet issue via email as told because of being newly moved in and many days later in the portal as I never heard anything back.... read more

DO NOT LIVE HERE The office staff around the whole community is awful and the majority of perks and amenities are either broken or simply unavailable. Save yourself the headache and stress don’t live at Riata

Verified Renter Went into the office to speak with someone. Was rudely told this is not the complaint department. Sums up Riata experience. They dont care and dont want to hear it. Greystar isnt going to do anything to fix the ongoing issues. Local management has their hands tied and has grown tired it appears.

Unresponsive Management I lived in multiple apartments but I haven't seen such a poor management in the past. We moved out from the apartment 40+ days ago!! We called and emailed like multiple times to get our security deposit back($1800+ because we paid extra rent). First, no one replied and then we got an email that the check was sent but we never received (not sure if they did). Then, I emailed multiple times to cancel and re-issue a new check. Unresponsive Management WARNING Raccoons in the vents! I have lived in many apartments across the United States and Internationally and never have I had an apartment complex that was as unresponsive and slow to fix issues as Riata has been. We have had raccoons living in the attic since May (6 months) and have put in multiple maintenance requests as well as calling the front office to inform them.
