These people extremely unprofessional. They dont care that you have a job they will bother you all day and when complaining about it, theyll just ignore you and send the person that was harassing you an email that its your fault theyre annoying you. I refused business because of this.

2009 Wrangler: I needed recall work done on the air bag, so I decided to have the dealership look at a couple of other issues to fix. I had a leaking coolant situation, and the A/C wasn't blowing cold. After several days, I was given a quote for $14,000 in recommended repairs. I was told that the entire cooling system needed to be replaced, and the A?C system had many leaks. They also dented my jeep while looking at it. I took to another shop, and all was fixed for $700. I will not go back

Did a 5 tire rotation, forgot to put the lugs on my spare. It went flying off when I drove away and almost caused an accident. These guys are as incompetent as incompetent gets.

This dealership, Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Richardson, TX, refused to accept my loan pre-approval from USAA, and persuaded me to accept a loan from one of their lenders, at a higher rate, with higher monthly payments for me. I wont be buying another vehicle from Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge.

Super slow, zero communication, never did anything in 3 days. Was planning on keeping 7 days before even saying anything to me. Really nice people but just unacceptable to not tell me its 7 days to even look at the truck.

The oil change was too high and the price was not told to me before doing the service. An additive was added to my oil change without my signature making a regular oil change go up by $20 plus dollars.

They keep trying to sell over priced filters that were already changed. They also said the vehicle needed a throttle service again but they did a few months back. I guess if your someone who don't keep receipts you will be fooled into paying for something you don't need.

I appologize for this issue that keeps coming up but our records show that you performed the throttle body service in April 2022 almost 20k miles ago .and no filters were ever replaced here.
