Scheduled an appointment with the "service" department to my have van checked over prior to moving, especially my concern over the pressure and worn tread on tires and chip in front windshield. 2.5 hours later they had done nothing. When I asked about the tires being replaced they were going to charge me over $1000. When I had only bought the van from them 3 months ago that should have all been done before it was sold to me. I went there for CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. I guess I was lucky to decline false diagnostic and repair. Just saved over $3000.00. I fixed problem later by myself for less than $40.00. It was bad electrical connector. Obviously mechanic has lack of skills and knowledge. I think I should get refund or partial refund.

Bought the car and Carfax stated that there was no accident on the car but when I took the car to go get looked at there was damage to the internal front bumper so I had to pay out of pocket

Brought my Jeep in for tire that was losing air. After 3 hrs tech couldnt find anything wrong. Ok rotate the tires while I am here. SURPRISE..he took off the tire and found a nail in sidewall. Need new tire/not in stock. Asked them to rotate tires & order it. Instead of moving the bad tire to the spare, they moved it to the back wheel. DUH. Complete waist of 4hrs. New tire never came in and had to go to Discount Tire to rotate out my spare. This was a no brainer IMO & you lost a customer.

Worst dealership for sales or service. Too much info for this small space. I have bought my last 2 vehicles and had all service done by the dealership, they do not value us as customers, the service manager is bombastic and combative and the GM of the dealership is aware and chooses to ignore feedback. I will NEVER go back to this dealership again. PERIOD.
