Implementation was smooth, Post Implementation Billing is a nightmare. Overall, RingCentral support with rollout can be described as adequate. We had limited configuration on the effort which could be described as straightforward. Because of this and the size of our organization, I feel like this project had low visibility and priority at RingCentral. However, the issues we did encounter with the rollout were fixed timely, although I feel those issues could have been avoided with the proper planning at RingCentral.
Good core VoIP service, extra features feel cheap Decent enough VoIP service, cell phone app is very buggy, drops calls a LOT, admin portal has gained very cool tracking and call quality reporting features recently, lots of extra features but most feel cheap and tacked on
Integrated, cloud based, voice solutions mostly hits the mark While there was a learning curve from the transition from multiple tools (WebEx, GoToMeeting, etc.), I found the product suite to function as expected and deliver value. The user interface is intuitive. The soft phone functionality works but is not as good as it needs to be over weaker internet connections. Voice through laptop/pc on meetings is not as consistent as phone dial in. But overall, happy with the product suite.
Great Communication, Ease of Implementation, Good Support Great communication throughout entire sales and implementation process. Implementation went easily with only minor configuration issues that RingCentral resolves immediately. Solution is very easy to expand.
Solid performance, ease of use, simple implimentation Overall experience has been great. The company is responsive to concerns and updates often.
Great Product for our Company We've really enjoyed using Ring Central and would recommend it to anyone. The feature of forwarding to our cell phones is great. Our company has about 200 employees and it has managed well with implementation and ratings.

Recommended! But expect some minor issues. I am midly satisfied with Ring Central. It serves a good purpose for our company-wide phone system, but it is not completely intuitive to use. But, it's not too bad. Overall, I'd recommend, but expect some occaisional technical issues with it.
