From the time we entered in to our agreement to the first call everything has been clear and simple. Integration into our existing workflow was seamless.
RingCentral is a robust enterprise voip communication solution! My overall experience with RingCentral has been a positive. RingCentral has many builtin features such as efax, conference call, RingCentral for meetings, and many more. They have so many options when it comes to how you want to use the platform. You can use your desk phone, a softphone on your computer or the RingCentral app on your mobile phone. There are tons of options with RingCentral and that is what I like most about the solution.
Satisfies the needs of a communication device It's simple enough to use, however, it's not entirely user-friendly. There needs to be more instructions on how the app and desktop works.
Internal Communication. Product has been used to replace Skype internally. A preferred solution. We are using it internally and remotely with success.
Great, moderately priced IP based phone solution Very capable IP based system. It allows organizations of all sizes to have professional features and the flexibility of a much more expensive system.
Good Overall Products and Services, But Could Be Better Product offering is mature and works across desktop, mobile, CRM. Corporate directory service does not work with Cisco branded SPA525G phones. Works well with Polycom. Cost Center based billing is inaccurate and should be improved. International calling is sometimes an issue.
Easy, Intuitive, Well Organized The implementation was really quick and the project manager was really responsive and organized. Our project was not terribly complex. We were porting over about 20 numbers and had 10 users. We were transitioning landlines to cloud. Great Tool but Not Intuitive There are lots of elements to the Ringcentral suite and it's easy to confuse them when discussing options. We needed to make sure we had the right elements and losing the overview came quickly. Once installed it was all set up quickly and it works as expected without complained or mysteriously losing its settings, unlike some others I have used. Features are efficient with our need. Great substitute to the old CISCO VOIP in terms of cost and ease of use. There were some challenges with the adaptation period from our users and that took some time. Some concerns were raised for areas not covered by Ring Central and they our users can't use the product to conduct business with our contacts on those areas.
