Implementation was a ROCKY experience Implementation was rocky, and continued product reliability was a concern. Call routing has been a significant challenge. One of our business units which rely's heavily on phone uptime/stabililty has been negatively impacted due to product outages. However, improvements have been made and are continuing to be made to move towards a move positive experience.
Ease of use, poor communcation I used ring central for 2 years- for the most part, the experience was great, but there were some limitations.
Workable Meeting Application - Good "Value" buy The product generally does what it needs to do. Meeting failures are rare calls do not drop regularly. There are a few annoying facets of the product such as requiring all participants to download ring central in order to join a meeting and defaulting to turning on the camera when joining a call. For the price, it's a good option if you are budget conscious.
A robust tool that is easy to learn. RingCentral has been a very easy to use tool. We now rely on it for essentially all of our internal and external communication as it is a robust tool and has proven easy for new-users to utilize.
Great way to have your office on the go with multiple employees Overall we are happy, however, this platform is still undergoing a lot of development and they are constantly adding new features that are not too spectacular
If you want a reliable remote phone setup, just do this one...skip the others I've been shocked at the overall call quality. It's rare for us to experience issues on the desktop, iphone app, or Chrome extension. Very impressed.
Implementation is easy, except for when company security don't allow. It has been good, except that since it asked to download the meeting application in order to be able to attend a meeting, sometimes, companies security won't allow it.
Implementation was easy, support and resolution for call quality was initially an issue We implemented RingCentral for VOIP and the initial 3 months was quite troublesome - we had call drops and call quality issues.
RingCentral, a must-have for frequent callers. Very useful tool for calling long-distance. A great solution for offices that must frequently call clients or prospects in other states or countries.
